This Disclaimer and Product-Use Policy applies to TORE cosmetic and personal-care products and to product information published through the official TORE website.

Please read this policy together with the product label, directions, warnings, Terms of Service and Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.

In this policy, “TORE,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business identified above.

2. Intended cosmetic use

TORE hair-care products are intended for external cosmetic use in accordance with their individual labels.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a disease or replace prescribed treatment.

Descriptions concerning conditioning, nourishment, shine, smoothness, frizz or the appearance of hair refer to cosmetic benefits within the product’s stated intended use.

Do not swallow or inject the products, or use them for any purpose not described in their instructions.

3. Product-specific directions

Before using a product, read its:

• Ingredient list;

• Application directions;

• Recommended quantity and frequency;

• Warnings;

• Storage instructions; and

• Expiry or use-before information.

Different TORE products may have different application areas, quantities and routines. Instructions for one product should not automatically be applied to another.

Do not assume that every serum oil is suitable for the scalp, hair lengths, overnight application or use before heated styling. Follow the directions for the specific product.

If website information materially differs from the product label, contact TORE before use. A discrepancy does not remove your rights concerning a product that differs materially from what was advertised or ordered.

4. Website information is not medical advice

Website articles, ingredient descriptions, routine suggestions, concern-finder results and customer-support responses provide general cosmetic information.

They do not constitute a medical diagnosis or individualized treatment plan.

Persistent or sudden hair loss, scalp pain, sores, suspected infection or another significant concern should be assessed by a qualified healthcare professional.

Do not delay medical care or discontinue prescribed treatment because of information published by TORE.

5. Individual results

Product experience may vary according to hair type, scalp condition, application method, frequency of use, other products used and individual circumstances.

A customer review, demonstration or photograph does not guarantee the same result for every customer.

However, this statement does not cancel an express product promise or excuse inaccurate, misleading or unsupported advertising.

6. Ingredients and allergies

Review the complete ingredient list before purchasing and using a product.

More frequent application or a larger quantity does not necessarily improve results.

9. Unexpected reactions

Stop using the product if you experience an unexpected reaction, including significant itching, burning, redness, swelling or a rash.

Seek appropriate medical advice, particularly if symptoms persist, worsen or are severe.

Difficulty breathing, faintness or swelling affecting the face, lips, tongue or throat requires urgent medical attention. Do not wait for TORE customer support to respond.

Do not reapply the product to confirm whether it caused the reaction.

10. Reporting a product-safety concern

After addressing any immediate medical need, please contact TORE promptly with:

• Product name and variant;

• Order number or other proof of purchase;

• Batch number;

• Expiry or use-before details;

• When and how the product was used;

• Description and timing of the concern; and

• Relevant photographs, where available.

You may share relevant medical information voluntarily, but should not send unrelated medical records.

Where safe, retain the product and packaging for investigation. Do not retain a leaking, broken or otherwise hazardous item if doing so would create a safety risk; contact TORE for appropriate instructions.

Health-related information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Review of reactions and complaints

An individual reaction does not, by itself, establish whether a product is defective. Equally, TORE will not dismiss a genuine safety complaint merely because individual sensitivities can occur.

TORE may review the available information with the manufacturer, laboratory or another appropriate professional.

Any remedy will depend on the circumstances, evidence and applicable law.

A safety concern or latent defect that could not reasonably be identified immediately after delivery should be reported promptly after discovery. Short reporting periods for visible delivery damage do not override mandatory consumer rights.

12. Children and people needing additional guidance

Keep products out of reach of children.

Do not assume that a product is suitable for infants or children unless its label expressly states the appropriate use.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, receiving treatment for a scalp or skin condition, or have a relevant medical concern, seek professional advice where necessary before use.

TORE does not make a blanket representation that every product is suitable for every age or medical circumstance.

13. Combining products and treatments

Follow the directions for each product used in a routine.

Do not assume compatibility with prescription treatments, salon chemicals, hair colouring, straightening treatments or other active products.

If you are receiving treatment or have recently undergone a scalp or hair procedure, consult the treating professional before introducing a new product.

Do not mix water, household ingredients or other products directly into the original bottle unless expressly instructed.

14. Heat and styling

A serum oil should not be treated as a heat-protection product unless that function is expressly stated and supported for the specific product.

Follow the instructions for both the TORE product and the styling appliance.

Do not heat a product, place its container in a microwave, or apply it near an open flame.

15. Storage and hygiene

Follow the storage instructions printed on the product.

Keep the container properly closed when not in use, and protect it from contamination and unsuitable heat or sunlight.

Do not add water, refill a partially used bottle with another product, or remove batch and expiry information.

Do not use the product after its stated expiry or use-before date.

If the container is cracked, the seal is unexpectedly broken, or the contents show an unusual smell, colour, texture or foreign material, stop use and contact TORE.

16. Natural variation and product condition

Where a formulation contains natural ingredients, minor batch variations may occur within the manufacturer’s established quality specifications.

This does not mean that every change in appearance, smell or texture is harmless.

Do not assume that an unexpected change, separation or sediment is normal unless it is described in the product information or confirmed by TORE following review.

Natural variation will not be used to excuse contamination, deterioration or a product that fails applicable quality requirements.

17. Ingredient information and scientific references

Educational information about an ingredient does not necessarily establish that the finished TORE product produces every effect discussed in research about that ingredient.

A study may involve a different concentration, formulation, application method or use setting.

Props, ingredients shown beside a bottle and styling accessories are not included unless the product listing expressly states otherwise.

Images or testimonials do not override the stated quantity, ingredients, warnings or mandatory consumer rights.

19. Damaged, tampered or questionable products

Do not use a product that appears materially damaged, contaminated or tampered with.

Contact TORE if you are concerned about authenticity, packaging integrity or the product supplied.

Purchases through another retailer or marketplace should ordinarily be raised with that seller for transaction-related assistance. TORE may also review authenticity or product-safety concerns, subject to available purchase and batch information.

20. Returns, refunds and consumer rights

Returns, replacements and refunds are addressed in the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.

Opened or used products may be ineligible for a preference-based return. That restriction does not automatically exclude a claim concerning an unsafe, defective, contaminated, incorrect or legally non-conforming product.

Failure to follow instructions may be relevant where it caused or contributed to a problem, but it does not automatically remove every remedy.

Nothing in this policy excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or requires customers to accept an unsafe product.
