Complete payment-card credentials are generally processed by the applicable payment provider and are not directly stored by TORE.

For COD or other approved refunds, TORE may collect bank-account or UPI information reasonably required to issue the refund.

TORE will not ask customers to provide a UPI PIN, CVV, banking password or one-time password to process an order or refund.
